We want you to be satisfied with Inframorph. This policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations are handled.

1. Free Trial

New subscriptions may start with a trial period as shown during signup. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can cancel from your account at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

If you were mistakenly charged after canceling on time, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
For annual plans, prorated refunds may be considered within 30 days of renewal upon request.
We do not typically offer refunds for partial months of service after usage.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact [email protected] with your organization name, billing email, and charge details. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay your refund.
