Support Center
Inframorph's Support Center is available to all users and is the hub for self-service help and contacting support.
What you can do
- Browse Tutorials, FAQ, and Documentation.
- Create a support ticket when you need assistance.
- Track your tickets under My Tickets.
Creating a ticket
- Go to Support Center → Create Ticket.
- Fill in title, description, category, and priority.
- Submit the form.
- You’ll see a success message with the ticket number. Track progress under My Tickets.
My Tickets
- Shows your submitted tickets sorted by most recent.
- You may be able to open a ticket to add updates (future enhancements may extend capabilities).
Tutorials & FAQ
- Tutorials: Step-by-step guides and videos.
- FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions on common tasks.
Documentation
- Structured product documentation that you can search and browse.
- If your organization hosts docs separately (e.g., docs.inframorph.com), links may direct you there.
Best practices
- Include clear, concise descriptions in tickets.
- Add any relevant IDs, timestamps, or screenshots.
- Use Tutorials/FAQ first for known/common questions to save time.
