Support Center

Inframorph's Support Center is available to all users and is the hub for self-service help and contacting support.

What you can do

  • Browse Tutorials, FAQ, and Documentation.
  • Create a support ticket when you need assistance.
  • Track your tickets under My Tickets.

Creating a ticket

  1. Go to Support Center → Create Ticket.
  2. Fill in title, description, category, and priority.
  3. Submit the form.
  4. You’ll see a success message with the ticket number. Track progress under My Tickets.

My Tickets

  • Shows your submitted tickets sorted by most recent.
  • You may be able to open a ticket to add updates (future enhancements may extend capabilities).

Tutorials & FAQ

  • Tutorials: Step-by-step guides and videos.
  • FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions on common tasks.

Documentation

  • Structured product documentation that you can search and browse.
  • If your organization hosts docs separately (e.g., docs.inframorph.com), links may direct you there.

Best practices

  • Include clear, concise descriptions in tickets.
  • Add any relevant IDs, timestamps, or screenshots.
  • Use Tutorials/FAQ first for known/common questions to save time.
